Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are calculated based on USPS rates plus a $1 handling fee. A button to estimate shipping for your current cart contents is available on the shopping cart page.

My goal is to ship items within two business days of when the order was placed, however shipping times are not guaranteed. The order will be shipped to the address given in the checkout process and sent in the order confirmation email. Cardnetics is not responsible for delays or lost product due to an incorrect address.

The delivery times given by USPS are estimates and not guaranteed. Detailed tracking is not available through First Class and Priority Mail, but the delivery confirmation number will be sent at the time of shipment and will sometimes provide some limited tracking. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt.


If you would like to return a product please contact me first to arrange the return. If the product is still in the original condition, non-customized cards may be returned within 30 days at the buyer's expense and shipping charges are not refunded. Cards with custom printing can not be returned.

I've tried to make the cards as strong as possible, but ultimately they are made out of paper and can be damaged by misuse. If you feel your cards are breaking because of a manufacturing defect please contact me. No refunds will be given for cards broken from over-aggressive usage or mishandling.
