Safety
Many of my cards can be used to launch projectiles. Please use common sense and your own discretion when operating these cards or giving them to other people. Do not use the cards to shoot projectiles at people, animals, or any other objects that could be damaged by the projectile. The operator of the card is liable for his or her own actions.
Privacy
Your name, address, orders, email address, and any other information given at sign-up are stored by Cardnetics for processing orders and creating your user account. For security purposes your credit card details are not stored. Your information will not be given or sold to third parties. You will receive emails relating to your order. Promotional and general informational emails about this site and products will only be sent to people who have opted-in to the Cardnetics mailing list.
Payment
Payment can be made with a credit card or through PayPal. Your card will be charged at the time of the order. If you are using an eCheck through PayPal the order will not ship until the payment clears. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt.
Shipping
My goal is to ship items within two business days of when the order was placed, however shipping times are not guaranteed. The order will be shipped to the address given in the checkout process and sent in the order confirmation email. Cardnetics is not responsible for delays or lost product due to an incorrect address.
The delivery times given by USPS are estimates and not guaranteed. Detailed tracking is not available through First Class and Priority Mail, but the delivery confirmation number will be sent at the time of shipment and will sometimes provide some limited tracking. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt.
Returns
If you would like to return a product please contact me first to arrange the return. If the product is still in the original condition, non-customized cards may be returned within 30 days at the buyer's expense and shipping charges are not refunded. Cards with custom printing can not be returned.
I've tried to make the cards as strong as possible, but ultimately they are made out of paper and can be damaged by misuse. If you feel your cards are breaking because of a manufacturing defect please contact me. No refunds will be given for cards broken from over-aggressive usage or mishandling.
